WASHINGTON, February 10, 2010 - Champ Meatball Co., a Whittier, Calif., establishment, is rec旱荷alling approximately 750 pounds of frozen cured pork patty mix because it contains an undeclared allergen, wheat, the U.S. Department of Agriculture's Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) announced today. Wheat is a known potential allergen, which is not declared on the label.

14-ounce packages of frozen CHAMP, Nem Nuong Cured Pork Patty Mix for Barbecue Meat Balls. Each package bears the establishment number EST. 21436 inside the USDA mark of inspection.
